Christina Downing, EA - Member

Christina became a firm owner as of January 2022. An experienced Enrolled Agent, Christina has worked in the accounting profession for over seven years advising clients in small business.  She has advanced expertise in working with businesses in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Christina oversees our outsourced accounting sector of Rust & Company CPAs which provides a complete back-office accounting support system for our clients.

Christina graduated from University of Vermont with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology. She has been a QuickBooks® ProAdvisor since joining the firm in 2015 and provides training to our current clients. She is always staying up to date with the newest updates and applications for QuickBooks® Online. She also excels at providing technological consulting to clients to help increase efficiency and workflows. Christina earned her Enrolled Agent status in January 2021, and now has the privilege of representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service.

Christina and her husband John live locally in Keene. Outside of the office, Christina enjoys walking the Keene bike path, documentary films, electronic dance music and spending time with her family and friends.
